Daily Doubles will consist of two practices – an AM technique focused practice and a PM practice that is more team oriented. Players are expected at both practices each day. OSAA requires a minimum of 9 days of practice practice prior to the first competition. We schedule for 10 days of practice in case an athlete is sick and misses a day. This is not an opportunity for the player to just “miss” a practice but more for an emergency miss.

LOCATION – BHS
TIMES – Morning Practice 10-12pm & Afternoon Practice 4:30-7:30pm
DRESS – Day 1/2 = Helmets, Jersey & Team shorts
Day 3 = Shells
Day 4-10 = Full Gear
NEEDS – Bring personal Water
