Spring sport start today if you are not out for baseball or lacrosse the expectation is that you guys are coming out for -track. We need to get faster and this is the fastest easiest way to get that speed that we need on the field. If we want to be champions and we want to move forward next year we have to do the off-season work going out for -track running to 100 the four by one and a high hurdles is outstanding for perimeter athletes. The throws quickness an explosion of those events are tremendous for our lineman and interior athletes. One way or the other track is good for you!
