OFF-SEASON WORKOUTS AFTER SCHOOL

Happy New Year to everyone. It’s time to get started with our Off-season workouts. These workouts will start this coming Monday and be three days per week – M/Tu/TH. I would like to see everyone participate starting the building process for our upcoming season!!! To reach your best you have to prepare and this is a great way to get started!!!
WHEN – Monday = Lower Body Focus, Tuesday = Upper Body Focus & Thursday = Whole Body Focus – 2:50 – 4pm
WHERE – BHS Weight Room and Turf/Track
WHAT – These workouts will be built to begin creating a base of strength and conditioning for the upcoming season. Workouts will be broken into 2 areas – Trench & Perimeter. Find your workout and get going
WHO – These workouts will be for all Football athletes no matter the position, not currently in a Winter Sport
