VARSITY AWARDS BANQUET WRAP UP

30 Nov 2018 by Bob Boyer

Last night was our Varsity Banquet where we celebrate the players and their accomplishments as well as return to the season and celebrate it’s successes. This year was a tough but exciting season and we want to thank everyone who was involved in the workings of this program.

I want to say thank you to the coaches who inspire players as well as myself in how they work together to lead, instruct and care for our players. It truly is a special group and I am honored to have them in our program.

Another huge THANK YOU goes to Cathy Roper who is an amazing angel in this community and a behind the scenes tireless worker coordinating everything from team dinners, to fundraising, to volunteer coordination to banquets and so much more! Thank you for all you do for Beaverton FB!!!

Finally I would like to thank my wife, Jana, who endures my absenteeism from life during the season. You allow me to follow my passion while keeping me grounded, positive and out of the mental ward! Thank you sweetie, I love you dearly!
This also goes out to the families and wives of all our coaches as well. Thank you for letting us have your husbands for the Fall.
