Sooooo, today is one of those days where we need to be mentally disciplined and ready to adjust and call an audible.

This Mornings PRACTICE was canceled due to Air Quality. So we will be inside in meetings and lifting.

This evenings practice might be impacted by both air quality and heat index. If practices are cancelled for outside, we will still meet starting at 4:30 and end time will be adjusted. Again if the outside actual practice is cancelled due to AQ/HI, then we will take this opportunity to get our IMPACT Testing completed. I will put a list out later today of who will need to have this done. Those individuals will come in at 4:30 and those not required to have this done will come in at 5:30.

Days like this are why we have this APP and why everyone should be checking the updates and reading them fully. Thank you for your flexibility in these situations.
