Change In Workout Days

OK so this old man forgot all about the early release on Wednesdays that the BSD has started this year. I don’t feel its right to ask our players to stay and hangout during the release time for an hour workout after school and then find a ride home.

So here is the new plan. We will be working out on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Workouts will be set up so that we do not train the same body parts two days in a row and continuing with the same goals of increasing athleticism, flexibility and overall strength.

Please plan on being at the workout on Thursday this week and then M-T & Th starting next week.
