Off Season Conditioning

Now that we have put the 2017 behind us its time to start looking forward into the 2018 season. We have a lot to accomplish in our efforts to improve on last season and the most important part of that right now is to become the best athletes we can be.

In an effort to do that we will be opening up the weight room every M-W-F after school from 2:50- 4:00pm for weight & conditioning workouts starting this Wednesday. The expectation is that if you are not currently in a Winter sport at BHS that you are working out on a consistent basis. We have that for you. I really don’t want our players working out at gyms across the area as you will never work out as hard as you will with your teammates! Our workouts are designed to increase strength and athleticism in every player and are focused for your specific positional needs.

These workouts will continue through out the rest of the school year and then into summer. The harder you work today the greater the results in the season!
